Should there be concerns regarding your Operator's Licence compliance, the DVSA or law enforcement agencies may initiate an investigation into your business, potentially leading to prosecution in the criminal courts or a Public Inquiry conducted by the Traffic Commissioner.
The investigation typically commences with a request for evidence which will be reviewed by DVSA and a report produced for the Traffic Commissioner.
In more serious cases, a subsequent interview may occur under caution. I am qualified to to assist you in preparing the necessary documentary evidence as requested at the outset of the investigation, provide representation during any follow-up interviews, and ensure that your legal rights are safeguarded throughout the course of the investigation.
